Viking Danelaw Brooch
This is an interesting design, drawn from a number of extant Anglo-Saxon and Viking brooches. It has design elements found in both cultures. It's a common style found in the Danelaw lands of England and would be appropriate for both Anglo-Saxon and Norse personas in those lands from the 7th century through the early 10th.
These brooches are entirely hand-stamped, so no two are exactly the same. The brooch measures 4 inches/10 centimeters in diameter, and fastens with a very sturdy stainless steel pin. The brooch is available in either brass or german silver (a nickel alloy); please choose which metal you would prefer.
